Q.What are the opening hours?

Q.Are there attractions for children?

A.We recommend the Kids Carnival Zone, which offers many child-friendly attractions. Please check the Usage Restrictions for details, as some attractions have height or age requirements.

Q.Is there a parking lot?

A.We’re sorry, but there is no dedicated parking. Please use the nearby parking facilities. We do not offer parking validation services.

Q.Are there food and drink facilities?

A.You can enjoy light meals such as yakisoba, hot dogs, and churros at FOOD COURT. Please note that bringing food or drinks into the park is not allowed.

Q.Can I ride attractions after drinking alcohol?

A.We’re sorry, but guests who have consumed alcohol are not permitted to use any attractions.

Q.Are pets allowed in the park?

A.We’re sorry, but pets are not allowed in the park. (Assistance dogs are permitted.)

Q.Are there diaper changing facilities?

A.Baby changing stations are available.

Q.Is there a place for breastfeeding?

A.Please use the “Wonder Amuse Zone” 2F “Baby Room”.
Note that hot water is not available in the “Baby Room”. If needed, please visit the 1F “FOOD COURT” or the “Administration Office” in the Wonder Amuse Zone.

Q.Can I rent a stroller or wheelchair?

A.We are sorry, but stroller and wheelchair rentals are not available.

Q.Is there a smoking area in the park?

A.There is one smoking area in the Wonder Amuse Zone (near the Ferris wheel). There are no smoking areas in the Burano Street Zone or the Kids Carnival Zone.

Q.Are there coin lockers?

A.Coin lockers are available, but in limited numbers. (Usage fee: ¥200–¥400)

Q.I’d like to film or take photos in the park.

A.Commercial or promotional photography or filming within Yokohama Cosmo World requires prior application and approval. Unauthorized filming or video streaming is strictly prohibited.
Even for non-commercial purposes, personal livestreaming, video shoots, pre-shoots (e.g. for weddings), and cosplay photography sessions are not allowed.
Please note that even casual commemorative photography may be restricted if it disturbs other guests or appears dangerous.

Q.What is the nearest station?

A.About a 2-minute walk from Minatomirai Station on the Minatomirai Line, and about a 10-minute walk from Sakuragicho Station on the JR Negishi Line or Yokohama Municipal Subway. For more information, please check the “Access” page.

Tickets and Attractions

Q.Is there an entrance fee?

A.Admission is free, so feel free to visit. Please note that ticket purchases can only be made with cash; credit cards are not accepted.

Q.Are there unlimited ride tickets?

A.Unfortunately, we do not offer unlimited ride tickets. However, we do have discount tickets available, so please take advantage of them. For more information, please check the Tickets page.

Q.Is there a child’s ticket?

A.Children from 3 years old are charged the same rate as adults and children.

Q.What about people with disabilities?

A.Some attractions may not be accessible for individuals with disabilities, so we recommend contacting us by phone or email in advance for more details. If you decide which attractions to visit on the day of your visit, please ask the staff when purchasing your ticket. We will assist you and provide guidance regarding accessibility. [Discount Information] If you present a disability certificate or the disability certificate app "Mirairo ID," you can receive the following discounts. Eligible certificates: Physical Disability Certificate, Welfare Certificate for the Disabled, Mental Disability Welfare Certificate.

A: Ferris Wheel ticket (normally 1,000 yen per person) → 500 yen

B: 1,100 yen worth of tickets → 800 yen

You can purchase up to three tickets per day for each eligible person with a certificate. (Multiple tickets can be used by accompanying individuals.)

It is more cost-effective to purchase these tickets in combination with regular tickets.

These discount tickets are available at the ticket counter in the park.

Please present your certificate when purchasing.

Also, while there are restrooms on each floor in the Wonder Amuse Zone, accessible toilets are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

In the Burano Street Zone, the accessible toilets is located next to the caricature booth.

About the FERRIS WHEEL
“COSMO CLOCK21”

Q.What time does the “COSMO CLOCK21” illumination start and end?

A.The lights are turned on after sunset and turned off around midnight. Please note that times may vary due to maintenance or other reasons.

Q.Are the lights on even on park holidays?

A.Yes, the illumination operates even on days when the park is closed. However, it may be turned off due to maintenance.

Q.How long does one rotation take?

A.One full rotation takes approximately 15 minutes.

Q.How many people can ride at once?

A.Each gondola can accommodate up to 8 people.

Q.Until what time can we ride the “COSMO CLOCK21”?

A.The last admission is 15 minutes before closing. Please note that it may close earlier depending on the crowd level.

Q.How tall is the “COSMO CLOCK21”?

A.It is 112.5 meters tall.

Q.Can I buy the photo taken before boarding at a later date?

A.We’re sorry, but the photos are only available for purchase on the day of your visit.
