About Disability Discount
Notes
- Tickets can only be purchased with cash. Credit cards and other methods are not accepted.
- Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- The validity period is one year from the issue date.
- You can combine multiple tickets for use.
- Tickets cannot be used at cash-based facilities like game corners.
- There are no unlimited ride tickets like a free pass.
How to Use the Tickets
YOKOHAMA COSMO WORLD has free admission, and charges are applied per attraction.
For all attractions (excluding cash-based facilities), the remaining balance from the prepaid ticket will be deducted for the attraction fee. If there is insufficient balance, please purchase additional tickets to cover the difference and submit them to the staff.
Example) A group of 5 people using the Cosmo Clock 21 Ferris wheel (1,000 yen)
- 5,000 yen worth ticket
- One ticket can be used for 5 people.
- 3,500 yen worth ticket
- There is a 1,500 yen shortage, so you will need to purchase additional tickets for the remaining amount.
Group Discount
Information
- Group discounts apply for orders of 20 or more tickets.
- You can purchase a ride on the Giant Ferris Wheel "Cosmo Clock 21" for 1,000 yen at 800 yen per person.
- You can purchase a discounted ticket worth 3,500 yen for 2,800 yen per person.
- Tickets are sold at the management office on the first floor of the building where the Ferris wheel is located, and payment is by cash only.
- Receipts can be prepared in advance if you provide your name and number of people by phone.

Set Ticket
The sale of set tickets for YOKOHAMA AIR CABIN and the Cosmo Clock 21 Ferris wheel is not available within YOKOHAMA COSMO WORLD.
Please purchase them at the ticket sales counter for YOKOHAMA AIR CABIN.
