International Day of Signed Languages Limited light-up

On September 23 each year, landmarks and facilities around the world and throughout Japan are simultaneously lit up in blue to promote respect for each country’s sign language and to seek a symbiotic society where people who can hear and those who cannot or have difficulty hearing can live together, and where human rights and equality are protected.

YOKOHAMA COSMO WORLD will light up the FERRIS WHEEL COSMO CLOCK21 in blue in support of the “International Day of Signed Languages” and in cooperation with the All Japan Federation of the Deaf (ADF).
